Learn about the Leadership and Strive
The word of God is there to help people to diligently seek the way of salvation. When Jesus received a question one day asking how many would be saved (Luke 13:23). The Lord compared the way of salvation to a narrow gate that is hard to enter. The thing about this is that Jesus knew there were many wide gates that were more appealing to people. But there is only one gate of salvation, and that is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Leaders ( Men and Women, rich and poor, Black and White, boys and girls )need to know that many will struggle with this because many want salvation on there on terms, but remember that this salvation can only come according to the will of GOD.
